LOL. A dress I drew up in Mac Flash during IT Club while feeling hungry and bored. Very pretty riiight? I guess I based it a little on Lacus' dress (I liked the layered skirt part). I think I made too much layers though =.= LOL over-enthu already.

Today I felt really sleepy today. For some reason. I got agitated during Maths, kept slipping in and out of consciousness during English and fell outright asleep during Geog for about several seconds. Only after eating recess I recovered enough to pay (nearly) full attention towards Lit and Science. Ms Leow is a very entertaining teacher.

IT Club, ah...same old. Jingya set me to do everything I didn't do for Jurong Bird Park (how specific) and I got really bored. I was hungry too, so I ended up doodling anyway. We were allowed to go home early at 5.15 since Ms Foo was sick and wanted to go to the doctor. Yay! But we ended up staying til 5.30 anyhow.

I think I shall take only the 980 bus from now on. To minimise the number of embarassing incidents on the bus (for example, banging my head against the window when I fall asleep, my knees buckling when I fall asleep standing up, and numerous other incidents). Plus I like the number 980 better than 167. 980 is round and squishy, whereas 167 is hard and sharp. Round and squishy > hard and sharp.

LOL.

330th post...

Haven't posted for quite awhile.

I checked the IT Club signup sheet a few days back and I noticed a very familiar name. I wondered if Crystal would join the IT Club because NExIT Club was quite similar. Well, she did. Oh good, a junior I know in a CCA! I wonder if anyone's gonna join NCC Air, I heard 5 people were quitting. Sad riiiight!

21-5=16 <---Formation not nice anymore T_T

The song Shangri-La by angela is stuck in my head. =.= So's Pride by HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR. I think I have those times where songs are stuck in my head and I learn the lyrics and whatnot...previously it was Precious Rose (Cagalli's image song) and then it was So Eun Lee's Loving You. So if you hear me humming/singing a song repeatedly you know what's gotten into me.

Recently, two days back I was very hyper. It was the worst "hyper" attack I have ever experienced in my whole life. A "hyper" attack is what I call days when I feel soaringly light and happy for no apparent reason, and I just burst out laughing without knowing why. I bet everyone around me must've been thinking "WHAT DRUGS DID SHE TAKE".

One funny incident was when me and Maryam were walking up the stairs of D Block to get back to class, and she wanted to tie her hair or something so she asked me to hold her wallet. What I did was take her wallet and run off with it, streaking down the 2nd-floor corridor. I saw Grace and Sze Min up ahead so I slowed down when I got near them, and suddenly I started laughing.

I laughed and laughed loudly and shrilly. Even worse, I was out of breath after running, so I gasped and tears came to my eyes, all the while I was laughing. Grace was quite alarmed ("Muni! Are you okay?") and tried to get me to calm down. They sent me off to my class where I was still chuckling, wiping the tears from my eyes. I quietened down during Geog and Maths though, feeling slightly fatigued.

People usually wonder why I can be so hyper one time, and miserable the next. You know the personality test? I redid mine from last year, and I found out my personality type was INFJ.

"INFJs are deeply concerned about their relations with individuals as well as the state of humanity at large. They are, in fact, sometimes mistaken for extroverts because they appear so outgoing and are so genuinely interested in people -- a product of the Feeling function they most readily show to the world. On the contrary, INFJs are true introverts, who can only be emotionally intimate and fulfilled with a chosen few from among their long-term friends, family, or obvious "soul mates." While instinctively courting the personal and organizational demands continually made upon them by others, at intervals INFJs will suddenly withdraw into themselves, sometimes shutting out even their intimates. This apparent paradox is a necessary escape valve for them, providing both time to rebuild their depleted resources and a filter to prevent the emotional overload to which they are so susceptible as inherent "givers." As a pattern of behavior, it is perhaps the most confusing aspect of the enigmatic INFJ character to outsiders, and hence the most often misunderstood -- particularly by those who have little experience with this rare type."

Yeah, so basically that would be the reason why on some days I simply just withdraw into myself and dislike talking to others, appearing to be stoning or with a scowl on my face. I'm not sure about the days when I'm extra-hyper though...but during those days I burn out easily.

Even Jane was very much puzzled by my "new" personality when we went to Escape Theme Park.

A surprising revelation came the past Monday when Maryam told me about her initial impression of me. She told me she didn't like me at first because I was too blunt. You know the introduction thing last year? When I told the class my hobby, I said I liked to "rot in front of the computer" and after I said that I simply stared blankly around the whole class, like it was no big deal. That's what she thought was blunt, and didn't like it.

LOL. That was funny. And I thought she was a goody-goody girl because of her hairstyle and appearance. =.= How wrong I was. Ah, never judge a book by its title.

329th post...

I feel so tired recently. It's either PMS, or the fact that I've taken to sleeping at 2 everyday. A mixture of both, perhaps. Or it could be the strain on my back from using my sister's sling back combined with the weight of my books. My back aches.

I guess tonight I shall aim to bathe and finish my homework by 11.30, pack my bags and iron my clothes by 12.30 (make sure to change to a proper bag) and then sleep by 1 or latest 1.15. Sure, it's still pretty late but 45 minutes of extra sleep could do bloody good for everyone.

I saved four bucks today by not spending. For one thing Mrs Ho kindly treated us all to two samosas each, and Mar treated me to a mango shake which she shared with me. I considered buying some food after school but I reckoned there'd be some nice food at home.

Comp Studs I think will either be a breeze or a bore this year. iMovie, Macromedia Dreamweaver and iStopMotion, everything me and Jaz learnt last year in IT Club. The teacher was quite incredulous when we told her we already learnt iMovie last year. We watched part of Be With Me by Eric Khoo in CS today. A bit boring, but the ending was quite poignant. Some reviews say that the first part, the story of the old man was the most interesting one. Maybe Miss Joanna will show it next lesson. I doubt she'd show the third part, because according to the synopsis it's about these two schoolgirls who meet on the internet, and eventually fall in love. Not your usual movie fare you'd show at school.

CSP started today. I thought it would be annoying, but Mdm Loy isn't so bad after all. With her teaching I feel like I learnt quite a lot today. I now know the names of 6 fruits, plus some useful phrases for school. Helps a lot, though I felt sort of helpless being in the "genius" group of Mar and Hanis. For one thing they know a great deal of Chinese more than I do, and in the other activities they answer faster than I do so I feel useless.

Watched The Arena just now, Loyang Sec. vs RI. Jaz told me RI lost before the results show came out. It turns out that the debaters in The Arena aren't from the Debate team, they're "randomly selected people". The school debate team went off for a more official competition. I guess I could somewhat tell that they weren't really the proper debaters since the first speaker didn't rebut at all (perhaps you listen first what the proposition has to say and analyse the information before rebutting), and the second one rebutted unnecessarily sometimes ("How credible is your mummy?"). I like the quote, but...meh. I was pretty disappointed though.

Saw some familiar faces in the crowd, like Kirk, DDFB and Nick Quah. Ex-Rosyth debaters. Go figure.

Got the name of the Mortal today through drawing lots! Ooooh, am I excited! Won't tell here, who knows the Mortal visits Seniors' blogs for fun. If I have time after homework and packing my bag, before sleeping I shall pen a letter to the Mortal. ALL HAIL THE ANGEL MAAN!

I'm excited about the Commonwealth Essay too. I chose Question Number Three. WHEE! OMG It'll be a blast writing it, and I intend to enter for once!

328th post...

I can now post properly again! All haaaaiiill!

Got me a new keyboard, from Logitech this time and probably way cheaper than that Microsoft one. Cost me $18...but 'course I wouldn't hesitate to buy it since I now have the freedom again of keyboard speech!

First day of school was awfully depressing to me. I don't know why, I just felt so. The second day wasn't so bad, I felt loads better and I think my form teacher, Mrs Ho, is really nice. When I first saw her name I thought otherwise, like she was gonna be strict or something but so far she's pretty good. She's also our Geography teacher, so I guess I'm gonna like Geog this year too.

Our class decor's a mix of graffiti art and the theme of Movie Mania, so our walls will be decorated with different movies sorted by genre, and the chalkboard will have graffiti on it. Me and Jaz were pretty enthusiastic about it...especially the fact that one of the movies suggested (by Jaz) was Death Note. Squee! Maybe we can add Battle Royale to that too! I'm now wondering what I should paste on the door of my locker for the world to see...hm....

I've continued reading the DN manga again, and so far I've stopped at chapter 43. 15 more til L dies...sad. Then again, there's still Mello and Near!

I've forgotten pretty much what I wanted to blog about, so here ends this post. What I'm wishing is that I'll see the ex-Rosythians again!
